How to Swap Your Insoles
1.Remove the old liner: Peel out the stock foam insert gently from the toe end. Use a hairdryer on low for 10–15 seconds if the factory glue sticks.
2.Clean the footbed: Wipe away any sweat or leftover adhesive with a damp cloth and let it air dry completely.
3.Trim to fit: Place your old insole on top of the new aftermarket insert and trim the toe edges with sharp scissors if needed.
4.Insert: Slide the new insole flush against the heel pocket, ensuring it lays flat without bunching.
If you share your foot type (flat, high arch, or neutral) and what issue you're trying to fix (pain, wear and tear, or tight fit), I can recommend the exact insole model for your needs.
